EB-1C Multinational Managers and Executives
For senior-level managers or executives transferring to a U.S. office from an affiliated international company. Eligibility requires:
A job offer for a managerial or executive position at a U.S. branch, subsidiary, or affiliate
At least one year of employment abroad with the same employer in a managerial or executive role
EB-1 Basic Eligibility Requirements
